Is it okay to seek help with online exam stress?

Lately, I’ve been overwhelmed with how many online tests keep showing up back-to-back. Managing time, understanding all the material, and staying calm under pressure feels like a constant uphill battle. The idea of getting some help with online exam situations crossed my mind, especially when deadlines start to pile up. But it made me wonder does looking for help actually build confidence or just make us depend on shortcuts? How do you deal with the pressure without crossing ethical boundaries?
